Subscriptions (Premium and Pro)
You can cancel at any time and keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for; you won't be charged again. We don't give partial refunds for the unused part of a period, except where the law requires it.
If you were charged for a renewal you didn't intend — for example you forgot to cancel an annual plan — contact us within 14 days of the charge and, if you haven't used the paid features since, we'll refund it.
Game Pass and Season Pass
If a pass was bought by mistake, or the board it covers was canceled before it started, contact us within 14 days and we'll refund it. A refunded pass is removed: the board it covered shows ads again and counts toward your weekly allowance.
Bought in the App Store or Google Play
Apple and Google handle refunds for purchases made in their stores. Request one from Apple or from your Google Play order history. When a store refunds a purchase it tells us, and we remove what it paid for.
Venue plans
Venue plans are billed monthly and can be canceled at any time, effective at the end of the current month.

Use our contact form with the email on your account and the date of the charge. We reply within two business days.
